Step 1 – We determine the source and severity of the stain and/or odor. Once we locate all the contaminated areas, the bulk of the urine crystals are extracted with our hot water rinse.

Step 2 – In severe cases, we may pull back the carpet in suspected areas to determine the extent of the damage.

Step 3 – If deemed necessary, we remove and replace the carpet pad.

Step 4 – We apply an odor-blocking protectant to the subfloor if the damage is severe.

Step 5 – We heavily apply PURT® to the tack strip, flooring, baseboards, and carpet backing. To maximize effectiveness, we thoroughly dampen all areas affected by your pet’s urine odor with PURT®.
